In this video, we teach you how to pair or re-pair an offline Touch Smart Switch.
Steps of pairing is as per the following
– “Press & Hold” the switch until it blink (meaning going into pairing mode)
– For 2 or 3 button switch, “Press & Hold” the left most switch. – Go back into the APP
– In the Zigbee Hub gateway, scroll to the button and click “Add sub-devices”
– In the pop up manual, click “LED is blinking”
And the APP will find the Zigbee devices to add on. If after pairing back the switch, the APP control is still no available or good.
Do turn off the MCB (or breaker) to the circuit and allow the switch to discharge to achieve a full hardware reset.
