Shop Order and Shipment Guide

We are happy to announce that our Qxpress have joined Light Guru as our shipping partner.
Most of your orders will be sent within three working days using Q express, if you are unsure about your order or delivery, we are happy to assist you further in our WhatsApp contact.

Without further ado, let me run you through the process of Ordering to Payment to Shipping.

1. BROWSE

When browsing individual products. You will find there are several specs you need to choose in order for prices to appear.
Different products have different specs. Like Size, Color, Wattage, Model, Type, etc.

2. ADD TO CART

Once you have decided on your selection. Please select on quantity and add to cart.
You will see a message above that states the product is added to Cart.
If you wish to continue shopping, do feel free to use the search box to find any specific product you wish to find. Alternatively, you may wish to click on SHOP on MENU list to see the full range of products we have.
Otherwise you can proceed to click on CART on MENU list to checkout.

3. CHECKOUT AND PAYMENT

Congrats! you have reached out checkout point. Do look through the products, specs and qty. Once all is confirmed. You may click on “Proceed To Checkout” Box.

In Checkout page, you are required to fill in your basic details. Name, Address and Postal Code, Phone number and Email address are essential. If you wish to order and pick up/Self collect from store. The Address bar you can key in dash “-” or key in Self pickup in all bars.

I want to ship to different Delivery Address:
You may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address such as your office address. If you choose to deliver to your office, please include the business name in the shipping address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception.

Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.

Please tick on Box “Ship to a different address?” and type out the designated address which the product is suppose to go to.

Congrats again! You have successfully purchased Light Guru Products. An email will be sent to you as confirmation.
Our sales consultant will send you a message via whatsapp or SMS or call you to acknowledge your order.
We send updates by text message, so you can stay updated on your product movement / delivery or pickup order. The number of messages you’ll receive will vary depending on the orders you placed.

Should you require us to hold your products because of various reasons (house reno / pending key collection / change of schedule) please let us know so that we can put your order in a safe place.

DELIVERY

At the moment, Qxpress as our main delivery parter.

Once your order is shipped or available for pickup, we’ll send you a text message. This will include your order number and a link to the tracking or pickup store information. We will also send you texts on the day of delivery or after your item has been delivered, depending on your selected delivery method, country and carrier. You may receive between 1-4 text messages per item on your order.

Preparation Time

The preparation timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available.
Preparation time usually takes 18 hours to 48 hours after confirmation of order.

How much am I charged for delivery?

Please visit Qxpress link here and pick on your delivery charges. Orders above $1200 are free of charge. Light Guru Pays for your standard delivery charges ($1200 and above).

Standard Delivery. Delivered within 1-3 days after your item is shipped. Free.

I need the products urgently. How?

Fret not, we will book lalamove or grab delivery for you. And advise you on the pricing you are required to top up. Better still, book for own courier service and pickup from us!
If we are unable to fulfil the product availability, we will inform you within 12 hours from the time of confirmation.
