This is a bare unit in Geylang Serai area. Previous store tenant left the space in a pretty nice condition. With carpet floor surface removed. The carpet glue from cement floor substrate was also torn out, leaving holes. Remaining glue marks have caused bumps. Glue bumps must be removed with treatment and manual scrape.
Client have a vision of having minimalist, industrial themed store. Epoxy painted flooring with white walls.
Holes on the floor means the minimalistic visual is districted aesthetically by all imperfection on the foot surface.

Proposal to use cement to fill the holes in a cost effective way.
