Client requested for a kitchen remake within a super budget.
Half wall tiles fallen off, the kitchen metal shelves were rusty with LPG canister by the side of the stove.
Removal of concrete structure holding sink and plumbing. Cracked ceilings and requires polishing on floor.

Client description was very brief and allowed us to be experimental with materials and carpentry placements.
Cooking stove will be changed to portable electric ceramic cooker. Cook top need not be long.
Walls tiles falling off was the main reason why client initiated the renovation.
Our proposal to client was to switch to using vinyl for walls, with client low cook count. She was game for the suggestion.
